I want to use my ps3 controller on my emulators ps2, psp, n64, snes. If you own the hardware already, an emulator is crap. Bear in mind, though, that Motionjoy is known to be somewhat suspicious, potential adware, and it's harder than it should be to remove from your computer. I've already tried with two different dongles, one with the driver provided by Zadig, the other with the scp driver installer. I turn on the controller and it connects right away. It is a ps3 move nunchuck controller, not the main controller but I've already had it working in my win8 pc, it's the win10 one the one giving me issues. Input devices -- Use whatever input device you want, configured how you like. Xpadder is now not detecting my ps3 controller at all. Worked fine here, I had tried everything and couldn't solve this. Could that have been my problem all this time? I have been trying to connect my new ps3 controller to my windows 8.

Even tried the scp method. You can either follow the rest of the instructions there, or follow the rest of my instructions here. I seriously just want my controller to work. I'm using Windows 10 x64 version 1607 build 14393. Warning: I warn you again, I had no problems with this method, I've used it for a long time, explained it to friends of mine and they had no problems either. This fixes the issue for me with some games, but you can't use the sticks then. Well before you do that you need to make sure you have the bluetooth drivers installed for it.
Xpadder was not running properly on my cpu. I have a simple method to make your controller work, if you're interested, read below, including the warnings. That's odd, I don't have any insight about that particular problem. Just set it back to DualAnalog if the game supports it and when you wanna use sticks again. Then Windows will give you some options on how to restart. If not, just don't install Bluetooth Driver, and you're ready to go, press Install.
Oh, and when I run the scpdriver monitor, it seems that my controller is wirelessly connected. I am also using Windows 10, so it should work for you. Followed all steps and everything. Then my better ds3 stoped working. I only recently found out about the release of v2.

You only need to press the turn controller on button to turn it on, and it disconnects after some minutes of not being used.
If you are a good electrician, I will grant the consoles are a little easier to fix rather then having to replace assuming you can find the right parts. I just got forced to uprade to Windows 10 since they force you to do this. Still, use it at your own risk, I won't be responsible for what it can do to your computer or components.
