I've tried recording while wow is fullscreen, and while it's in windowed. If I listen very closely I can hear some distant voices but I think that's just the voices coming out of my headset to the mic. Flip the switch on the left to enable it - for me this caused the screen to flicker a few times probably installing some extra video filter driver, who knows. I updated my graphics drivers using the geforce experience software and tried recording but that didn't work either. So yea thats a huge difference.
